Jimmy Shealy brings a unique blend of agricultural expertise and real estate acumen to his role as a real estate agent. Raised on a turkey and cattle farm in Athens, Georgia, Jimmy’s deep-rooted understanding of farm business management has been a cornerstone of his career.
Beginning in 1976, Jimmy established an agricultural startup focusing on pork production, growing his herd from 20 sows to an impressive 1,800 sows with contract finishing. He further expanded his endeavors by launching a 2,400-sow weaned pig production unit, where he successfully recruited investors and managed the production of around 65,000 weaned pigs annually. Transitioning into real estate in 2019, Jimmy started with real estate investments before obtaining his real estate license in 2023.
